Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were spacious with balconies offering stunning sea views and breakfast was excellent, I was disappointed by the shabby condition of the hotel. On the upside, the staff were very friendly and helpful.
I have mixed feelings about my stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, but they had an old-fashioned style and the shower was tiny with a plastic curtain that stuck to me while showering. The breakfast offer was quite lacking, with very few options available.
The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The rooms were clean and spacious, but lacking a view despite expectations. The service was initially polite and helpful but ended abruptly with a negative experience. The location was perfect in the town center but could get noisy. The dining experience was just average. Overall, a mixed stay with some highlights and disappointments.
My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were very spacious with a large 2-sink bathroom, a living room with a TV, a sitting area, a large comfortable bed, and an ocean view balcony. Climbing up the steps from the terrace to our room in the dark was a small adventure, but it was worth it for the superb balcony facing the sea/harbor, where we even witnessed an amazing storm the day before we left.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious with tall ceilings and a separate sitting room, but they felt a little outdated and cramped for 4 people. The service was exceptional, especially thanks to Luana who went above and beyond to help me plan my day trips. The location was convenient, right on Amalfi's promenade, but the breakfast area was too small and caused a bit of congestion. The dining experience was okay, with a good selection but lacking hot foods for small children. Overall, a friendly staff and great location, but some room for improvement in terms of room layout and breakfast arrangement.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. While the rooms were spacious as expected, they were old and basic, making it the worst place we stayed in during our trip to Italy. The smell was unpleasant, and even the amenities provided, like a used men's shaving razor, were not up to par. The service, however, was better than some other places, with friendly and cooperative staff offering various conveniences like room service and shuttle options. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Amalfi with stunning views of the sea, although the access involved steep steps. The dining experience was basic but adequate, with some disorganization in maintaining the food options. Unfortunately, the facilities were lacking, and the overall value was not worth the money spent.
I had an amazing stay at this hotel with fantastic views over the Piazza and sea from my balcony. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and had individual bathrooms, making it very comfortable. The location was perfect, near all the amenities like the beach, buses, and restaurants, but there were some service hiccups and the dining experience could have been better.
The hotel was quite basic but offered spacious rooms, lacking a water cooker. However, the room overlooked the main square of Amalfi with 2 balconies, providing a great experience. The breakfast was minimal but acceptable, slightly worn but with fantastic views.
The hotel offers a spacious suite setup but falls short in maintenance and cleanliness, with a lingering unpleasant odor. Despite the high ceilings and quiet atmosphere, it's not the most comfortable stay and lacks value for the price paid. Friendly service and helpful staff stand out as a positive aspect.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Amalfi with easy access to major attractions. The rooms, although spacious, needed redecorating and were quite basic considering the high price. The service was friendly and accommodating, especially from Luana who helped with trip planning. However, the dining experience was a bit disorganized with items not consistently replenished.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the rooms didn't look clean at all, they had a wonderful view of the sea, beach, and mountains, perfect for people-watching. The room was nothing fancy but clean and big enough for all four of us. The service was decent, with friendly staff and helpful assistance in planning day trips. The location was convenient, close to the beach and town center, although it suffered from noise due to being in the city center. The dining options were basic but sufficient, offering a variety of breakfast choices. Overall, the hotel provided good value for the money.
